Normally for pregnant women, you aren't supposed to use a high amount of salicylic acid because it can complicate your pregnancy, but a little amount is just fine. If you don't want to risk it, dr Murad's "calming" line works amazingly well and does have acne fighters, but nothing that could harm you or baby. Hey! I'm a liscenced Esthetician and my favorite brand is Dr. Murad's clarifying cleanser. Not too expensive, I absolutely love it. Has a mint extract in it which tingles and gives you an amazingly clean feeling! I don't recommend using any type of body wash because it doesn't have any acne fighting ingredients like salicylic acids or ahas/bhas
