Any one recommend good face wash for acne 😩 I'm braking out so bad I need help I feel hideous
Hey! I'm a liscenced Esthetician and my favorite brand is Dr. Murad's clarifying cleanser. Not too expensive, I absolutely love it. Has a mint extract in it which tingles and gives you an amazingly clean feeling! I don't recommend using any type of body wash because it doesn't have any acne fighting ingredients like salicylic acids or ahas/bhas
I just used regular body soap but I bought a separate scrubby pad for just my face and washed my face 2-3 times a day
I literally dont use anything but Dove soap.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Normally for pregnant women, you aren't supposed to use a high amount of salicylic acid because it can complicate your pregnancy, but a little amount is just fine. If you don't want to risk it, dr Murad's "calming" line works amazingly well and does have acne fighters, but nothing that could harm you or baby. I personally have been using salycilic acid during my pregnancy (on my hands at work and on my face) and everything has been done
