She's the one that takes me my dad makes me have her go because he wants us to have bonding time he won't let me drive or have anyone else bring me or I get into trouble

How young are you? I'm just wondering because you could always move out. She needs to know there's going to be boundaries. If she doesn't step back, you could cut her out of your life completely and I'm sure she won't want that.
