@tater4414, girl it happens my grandmother told me she would wash her panties and my grandpa boxers together and next thing you know she was pregnant I said yea ok lmbo she laughing so much. They were bored nobody have time to be popping babies every year

I've been married since 18 with my husband once 12 and had a baby at 21. I wasn't having no babies in my mommas house. She wasn't having it.

I'm a teen mom but a chose to be! I finished school first and is on my own! I wasn't married when I first got pregnant but I am now we were together for a long time before even thinking about having a baby! So I hate when other teens have a baby and put it off on other people to raise it bc it gives other teens a bad name even tho some like me is doing it perfectly fine :)

I may be old fashioned and my have people want to slit my throat for saying it, but if you're with a guy for a long time before you get pregnant and y'all are both deciding y'all want kids, WHY NOT GO AHEAD AND GET MARRIED....then have as many kids as you want!!! Like I said...I may be old fashioned, but I believe in...."The Order": meet, date, engaged, marriage, babies!

I got pregnant at 17 I'll have him at 18 I don't care about my age I'm blessed to have him. I may be young but I'll have more time with my son

@mrshartley, amen in that order and @bentleysmommy0515 girl trust I know I see it all the time still want to go out stay out all night no job just milking people to get by and yes it makes a teen mom like you look crazy but carry yourself like you have and nobody can speak for you but you!!

@mommyof2016, I agree that's how I look at it I mean I'm not a complete teen I'm 19 and will be 20 the same month I have my baby boy but I'm happy to know that I'm young and get to see him grow up and have fun with him

I know that not everyone believes in marriage, I'm saying for the ones that do end up getting married. They just go out of order. @cubanese Like I said though, I'm old fashioned. I'm not judging anyone for doing it their way though.

I mean my husband has a great job working at delta state I had a great job that paid great but moved for his bc it was more of an opportunity for us than staying where we were but as soon as I can work after the 6 weeks or whatever it is I have another great one waiting on me! So it's not like I'm trying to make my parents raise my kid

I agree with @mrshartley when I first moved out with my hubby everyone was pissed off because we were "playing house" since we weren't married yet but we were newly engaged. We got married a few months later & almost a year later we are having us a baby child 😍 lol.. Anyways, my family was right, at least from what I've personally seen. When you play house, you're a lot less likely to get married. My uncle has been with the same woman for the past 17 years and they're about to welcome their second son. They've been engaged but never got married because they're already comfortable in their rolls.

Again that was by choice if you are not what I describe in this post then keep handling your business I personally don't understand why get pregnant at that age if you will not take care of the baby it seems its not yours cause your parents doing the job thats suppose to be done by the mother and father if the father is involved. Now if you young on your job as a mother not using people for your advantage and know what you have to do to be a great mother great but some girls in that age group have no clue one on the hip and one in the oven like its cute and always have drama. @mommyof2016

@courtneywarner, lol I agree with that, when I was in high school so many girls were having multiple kids like it was fun. They thought it was cool to just have babies that other people were taking care of

In my profession I saw a 11 year old give birth and her little boyfriend who was 12 himself crying big tears but guess who has to take care of that baby cause they wanted to be grown and have sex by sneaking around and the mom said she had no clue she was trying to let her daughter have some fun at games at the movies at a friends house all that but I was young before and all of us did something out of pressure and end up caught up well that little girl is now 13 with a 2 year old son that her mother legally adopted until shes 18 its just sad. Sex education is not being taught cause the rate of pregnancy before 18 wouldn't be so high and the rate for aids wouldn't be so high if people in general were educated again I'm not downing anybody just my opinion cause my cousin was damn near chocked by her brother who was so hurt that his little sister did something like that and knew better but today instead of listening she used her freedom to do other stuff that she have to deal with. And did very well doing it.

I'm a fairly young mom, but Ive graduated college. Unfortunately, childcare almost costs as much as I get paid. Idk how I'll do it, but my mom did it.
