my ob said 6-8 bottles a day!

This lady in the e.r told me a regular person is suppose to drink 10 bottles so a pregnant person has to drink at least 15 I'm like OMG @hermommy I'm failing

Girl no 6-8 sounds more accurate like I don't even do that sometimes and my pee is clear and on docs appointments they say I have enough fluids @hermommy keep doing what your doing I need to start doing 8

I was in labor and delivery ER for severe dehydration and was told that going into summer pregnant woman (especially in warmer areas) need a gallon of water a day.. I've never peed so much in my life!! 😢🔫

like however much you weigh... divide that by 2 and thats how many ounces of water you should be drinking a day

take your weight and divide by 2. that's how many ounces you should drink. the average is 2-3 liters.
