I really need someone to tell me if they know what's going on

Since Saturday I have had three 30-minute spells where I feel period cramps like its my absolute worst day. Then it goes away and I feel fine. Today I had an extremely sharp lightning pain down the middle of my belly and my back. It only lasted maybe 20 seconds but felt like forever. It brought tears to my eyes. Then went away and I felt fine. Afterwards I have been having what I'm assuming are Braxton Hicks contractions, my belly actually did contract slightly which has never happened before. Is all this normal or should I be concerned? None of the things I mentioned have happened before and I think for all three to happen in one day is weird
