oh okay , well just breastfeed your baby to release the pressure. after your baby is done eating you should pump . introduce the bottle later but freeze you milk until then. you can freeze your milk for up til 6 months.

If it's killing you, you could pump after you breast feed it'll help

be consistent with pumping. pump every 2 to 3 hours to keep you milk supply up.

There is bottles out there that are like nipples, my son does my boob && bottles but the bottle I have is Tommie tippie
