Really cannot stand my fiances MIL now. I have a friend in the hospital and she was being a control freak about me seeing my fiance in treatment AND seeing my friend, so I said that was fine, I could always see fiance first then take a cab to see my friend. Not only that, but whatever she says is law, and she downplays my pregnancy pain and says it's normal in the third trimester. Yes, but how about some empathy? @$&# How do y'all deal with your MIL's?

Mine doesn't talk to me or my husband. Makes our life so much less stressful. Expecially since she's crazy.

Yeah on one hand it is because we don't have to deal with her. But on the other hand it's sad because my daughter will never have a grandma.I always tell my husband we can be her mom, dad, grandma, and grandpa all wrapped into one. @lijro

@babynessa Oh, that's hard for sure. I'm really glad there isn't as much stress, though. Mine is definitely really toxic.
