My child's father decided to show up to my doorstep unexpectedly with flowers and a big speech about how he's sorry and didn't mean any of what he said and he wants to work things out and still loves me and wants to be a family. Part of me believes him because he's not one to do things like that or apologize, but part of me doesn't want to get my hopes up for things to get better and then they get worse. I accepted his apology and hope for the best and would love to work things out, but I'm more concerned about myself and my baby and prepared for whatever could happen and I'm not afraid to cut him out again if need be; so right now it's just a day by day, moment by moment situation because I don't have time to keep grudges and have a bunch of drama going on.
