Take them at the same time every day. I would say one at noonish and then one in the early evening. Never use first morning urine. Don't drink or eat anything 2 hours before taking one. Good luck!

I would start taking them 5 days after your cycle ends if you have enough and once they start getting darker take them twice a day unless you know about when you ovulation then take them then. I have a 33 day cycle and on the 12th day after that is my fertile week.
