It's usually a lot lower than you'd expect. at 10-11 weeks my baby was right above the pelvic bone and on the left side. Once you find it try to remember where it was :)

It took me a few times before I could find it right away. I'd keep finding my own heart beat lol! it drove me nuts for the first couple days

I remember the general area from my ultrasounds but it's not picking anything up, not even my own heartbeat lol stupid thing 😂 it picked up my Hubby's heartbeat when I did it on him 😂😂@michellevaldez4750

Lol. its frustrating until you find it. I had to play around a little with different pressures and angles too. It wouldn't work if I pressed too hard or not hard enough lol. Also if I would press in a little and angle it downward a little it helped. just take your time and okay around til you find it. just really try to remember the exact spot pressure and angle when you do so you don't have to go through it all over again! lol

You're still a little early too. It might be a week maybe 2 before you can really get it without any trouble

I found it! At least I'm pretty sure I did lol I tested my heart versus the one I found and my heart jumps a little because of a murmur I was born with and the other heartbeat I found was steady 😍@michellevaldez4750

:) good! You'll be able to tell by the heart rate too. count how many beats in 15 seconds and multiply by 4. that will give you the heart rate if your doppler doest show it. The baby's will be well over 130, probably more like 150-170!
