How many a day do I eat? Did these work for any of you?

I'd eat one see how it works give it a few hours then go for another one

If I'm not mistaken it was once a day. I took them and they worked for me. Expensive though

You have to eat them every day to work. It starts to add up. The big bag is like 25.00. The oatmeal chocolate chip is very good
