Does any other ladies have a sneaky few coffees to boost you during the day?? Not every day just…

It is fine to drink a few cups of coffee a day :) I had starbucks every now and again. And a Homemade latte once a day :) I also had Pepsi/Coke...which sounds really bad...but A cup of coffee has about 3 times as much caffiene than a can of coke does :) xx

Caffiene has no effect on me anyway :) I didn't do it for a boost :) I just had a sudden want for pepsi/coke when I reached 20 weeks pregnant..even though I never really liked it before lol. That faze soon ended xx

I still have a few cups of non decaf coffee every now and again. I'm breast feeding.x

@hawkie75, I've drank 2 cups of coffee every day through out my whole pregnancy! Your allowed 200mg and its 100mg a cup approx so! I was a huge coffee drinker before pregnancy tho, like I'd have between 4-7 cups a day🙊 it's perfectly okay to need that extra boost! Xx

I had a coffee just about everyday when I was pregnant, especially when I was still working as my work sell really good coffee, I craved it lol. I started work at 6am so I really needed it to keep me going x

I had coffee while I was pregnant and my baby is perfect.. I couldn't drink it first few months but that's because I went off the taste and smell xxx
