Idk if I just didn't eat enough for dinner or what, but I'm not feeling well at all. I'm 19 weeks pregnant and me and my fiancé went for a walk earlier which always leads to back pains but will go away after I lie down. My back is still killing me after 3 hours later... I'm having trouble breathing if I lie a certain way and I'm extremely light headed. All I had tonight was a bowl of cereal but now I'm having a peanut butter sandwich. Is this normal? I have my "gender reveal" ultrasound tomorrow even tho I already know it's a boy. Should I bring it up to my doctor? I'm always in excruciating pain in my back.

I'd definitely bring it up since you'll be there. Most likely it's normal but it never hurts to be sure!

I agree with @michellevaldez4750 , it never hurts to explain what's going on because it could be normal or ot could be just some weird way your body is telling you something. I had really bad leg cramps and my feet were swelling at 10 weeks, come to find out I'm anemic so I've been on iron meds ever since. Never hurts to ask, no question os ever dumb when it comes to you or your baby.
