diarrhea and vomiting ,really bad stomach ache,shivers and really cold,am afraid I have food poisoning,should I stay home and wait until it goes away and keep myself hydrated or hospital,just asking cause maybe its no big deal .....have not felt this sick in years ,literally crying because this stomach pain is no joke
