Not sure if this is a normal leg cramp my left leg the calve is cramping and feel in also up to my mid thigh But I feel like my left foot is too and it just feels weird can't explain.. Does it go down to your foot? Is that normal? 😩😭 could it be my foot swelling? 🤔 I am clueless lol

have you been drinking plenty of water? ive had similar issue and brought it to my dr.s attention she said to make sure im drinking plenty of water just in case your starting to get dehydrated and to rest

your welcome i get leg cramps sometimes when ive over done it that day or not drinking enough water and they suck this is my 4th pregnancy and it seems like my 1st lol
