Guess the belly size, baby shower bingo, guess the price of baby items, freeze little plastic baby bottles in shot glasses and who ever gets there's to melt first wins. Melt chocolate bars in diapers and have people guess which candy bar is in which diaper. (No tasting)

"The don't say baby game" at the beginning of the shower everyone gets a mini clothes pin (or something) and if you hear someone say the word baby, or babies,ect. You get to take their clothes pins and the person with the most pins at the end wins
