I had a regular cycle for the first time ever last month. This is my second month using it and I'm on CD 24 so far this cycle. So I'd say that it's working!
It depends. If you're having regular cycles but you don't ovulate because if a hormone imbalance, then it will help with that. Basically vitex is one big hormone balancer. You can take black cohosh to help induce ovulation too.
