My son threw up once and has a fever. No sign of cold and he's shaking from fever! I'm freaking out can anyone tell me what is going on? Should I go to the doctors? He hasn't thrown up for three hours but he has a 101.5 temp and shaking like he's cold

Yes! Take him in immediately... His temp is too high and you don't want him to start to have seizures.....
