I can tell my cervix is getting really thin, having a hard time walking without feeling pressure 🤗

@raegenice, I drink more water than you could possibly imagine 😅 LOL not much contractions but lots and lots of pressure.

@cms2014, I get checked for dilation and effacement this week, I've been having contractions but they're so spaced out and infrequent. It always feels like I have to pee even when I don't. Hope your little one stays in a bit longer. Make sure you're drinking lots of water.

@babymay2016, I've been feeling like this for a week. I was almost 2cm and 50% effaced at my last appointment as well. The more I lose my plug the more pressure I feel against my cervix/vagina. I don't know if we can tell if we're dilating, but if baby is super low and you know you've thinned you can tell. The thinner you are the easier it is to dilate but you won't know by how much until checked 🙁 it can take days to weeks to go into active labor.

I have been feeling like a bowling ball is sitting on my cervix. Friday I went to labor and delivery because I was having intense contractions but they are more than 10 minutes apart. I was only 1/2 centimeter dilated. I can't even bend over to pick anything up. and I'm still having the intense contractions.

How long have you felt like that? I have been feeling constant pressure for a week, whether I'm sitting or walking or whatever I'm doing 😕 is that what dilating feels like? I was almost 2cm and 50% effaced on Thursday but this is intense pressure constantly since then.
