Switch to gummies and take them with a bowl of fortified cereal in the morning. Just look at the nutritional value and check for folate or folic acid, 50% preferably. Mini wheats and Life are easy on the stomach.
Mine make me really sick too! Dr recommended I take the pill right before falling asleep. I do that now and I don't feel sick anymore. I use to take it in the mornings and afternoons and it made me fee horrible
It could be too much of something in the one u have? Try bringing it up to your dr because they help so much even later in pregnancy and especially postpartum too
