yep! it can happen... anatomy scan is supposed to be very accurate, but we got a 3D ultrasound later on to absolutely confirm cause I couldn't confidently go shopping til I was more assured haha. my brother was supposed to be my sister 😂 but you can always ask for confirmation and if they're nice they'll take a peek for you!

I'm going through this right now. Was told it was a boy but me and my husband plus a lot of other people don't think it's convincing. Going to talk to my doctor next appointment.
