how high was the fever? I would say it looks like that is what it is to me. just keep an eye on it, if it starts getting worse I would go in.

Has he been on penicillin? I would take him in for sure

Her fever was 102 I took her to the doctor and she had an mild ear infection along with a cold and congestion in the chest it was for three days
