No you wouldn't be wrong I'm the same way and after nobody showed up to my daughter's first birthday I made a vow I won't be attending anyone's events from there on out I showed up to everybody's everything and never empty handed and that was the thanks I got

The only reason I think I would get upset is nobody offered to come help us last year when we had the baby but his family is going on a 2 day drive for his little sister giving birth when she has a family member with her and we had nobody here to help with the oldest 2. His mom even went 2 hours passed us on thanksgiving and stayed for 3 or 4 days then told us about it afterwards. Idk. He tells me I'm being petty and to just let it go. But that's never been me just to let something like that go. @mommyagain I'm the same way. If you can't be there for my kids then I don't want anything to do with yours.

Exactly! @mommyagain but quick to be on Facebook posts "if y'all need anything or need help let us know and we'll head down there" but nobody is offering up a couple bedrooms for when my hubby leaves in July for 2 months for training. Knowing I'll have 3 kids and be 6 months pregnant. Wouldn't bother me if I didn't get crippling migraines every few days. Well except my gma. But she's 63 she shouldn't be having to offer anything or deal with all of us.

@mommyagain, it's a shame at her age she's the only one offering anything. She drove down last year to watch the oldest 2 with my mom and aunt so my husband could stay in the hospital with me and the baby.

@mommyagain, she called like 2 days before hand and informed she was coming to clean my house like she taught me too😂😂 I felt so bad she drove down here to watch my kids. That lady is the first one I call to tell anything. And she's all the time telling me to quit being petty.
