TMI ladies TMI.....

but I was cooking dinner and I start getting gas bubbles so I'm like okay i have gas I go to the restroom let it out and then I'm fine for awhile then I get them again but this time they came with really pain pains in my stomach I was like wtf so I go to the restroom and it's the damn runs ugh so I finish and I wash up go back to cooking then 10 minutes layer AGAIN it's coming like water what the hell idk why I'm getting it I haven't had it for a long time I think it's my diet I should probably change it it's just hurting my stomach so damn bad
