So , I know on the back of Redbull cans it says it's not recommended for pregnant woman . Do that mean in not allowed to have it at all , or just not a huge can of it? I was so addicted to Redbull till I got pregnant and saw that label .

The caffeine isn't good for baby. So I would limit it. Especially because redbull is super caffeinated lol

You shouldn't be drinking a lot of caffeine and stuff like that. It's really bad for your baby's nervous system.

I drink soda so i drink caffeine all the time but it's not as potent as an energy drink

At most now , I drink 2 at max 3 of the 12 oz bottles of Coke . I try to drink water as much as possible but instead I switch it to milk at night ..

200mg of caffeine per day is considered safe for a pregnant woman. that's about 1-2 cups of coffee. coke doesn't have nearly as much caffeine but it isn't really good for baby either considering it's super unhealthy to begin with. your baby eats what you eat. :)

1 can of coke only has 34mg of caffeine. I'd avoid energy drinks not only is the caffeine high but some of the other ingredients aren't good either.

I wouldn't drink it in the first trimester!
