My boobs hurt so bad and my nipples are like tingly. Ugh!!!

I never got this with my first. My boobs didn't even get bigger with my first pregnancy. So this is new to me and every time I get this feeling they leak. It's terrible!!! @blessing2016

Oh wow this is my first so not really sure what to expect ... All I know is during the first weeks it was horrible .. And now they are sensitive again
