Ok so it's been a week since my baby was born and I have been crying a lot . Last night I got no sleep . And my heart was pounding I think the norco they gave me for my c section are starting to affect me . Any other moms have anything like this happen ?

the medicine is already out of your system from the c section unless you're still on a prescription... could just be hormones and lack of sleep... if it keeps up call the doc... it can go to depression and that's nothing to play with

the Norco wouldn't effect you emotionally, baby blues are very very common but could turn into PPD very quickly so call your Dr and let them know asap momma. your hormones, meds or no meds, are crashing like crazy and if you're breastfeeding they still go up and down like in pregnancy too. it's nothing you're doing at all. please reach out and tell someone professional before it gets worse, there is help! ❤

@sparklymama, they usually give Norco to take at home after you ate discharged.
