@erikar1216, my dad and I are close. I've never seen what a mother is suppose to be like. but I have my dad to teach me how to be a parent.

Oh dang! Yea my dad chose not to be around so she was really all I had so we built a solid relationship... What are u worried about most about ur parenting? I think it's all trial and error @erikar1216

my mom wasn't really there when I was growing up. that's why I second guess myself as a mother and my choices too.

I've always appreciated my mom but I didn't realize until I got pregnant that I appreciate her so much more
