how long will I have to wait after I deliever to start walking again, like exercising like pretty much.

I believe 6weeks unless your doctor says otherwise.

short walks would be ok but exercising shouldn't be done until 6 weeks as you could get a hemorrhage

I would think shorter walks would be ok, don't go walking 5 miles or anything lol
