Are puffs okay to give to my 7 month old? She sits ip supported and isn't crawling yet.

I started giving my son puffs at 6 months and he was not crawling

Yes. You can break them up a little too or put a drop of breast milk or formula to soften them a little more as well. @cheylee

I started when my baby was 5 almost 6 months, just keep an eye on her😉 it's a great way for them start learning how to eat by themselves
