Just got a new bottle of prenatals and they are too huge for me to swallow. Guess it's back to the gummy ones for me. I feel bad wasting money on these vitamins, but swallowing big pills is so hard for me 😔

Are they pills or capsules? If a pill, you can cut them in half, if a capsule you could pull it apart and put the powder into juice/smoothie.
