my daughter has dem same shoes and i think i let my daughter wear hard bottom shoes when she was 4 months and now she is one.

I've read that hard soles usually aren't used until baby is walking on their own. Even still most kids don't wear hard bottoms until they're past 3 because the bones are still developing. Barefoot, socks, and soft soles are best for a while. Those might be heavy on her ankles

not until they start walking good on their own.

6 months. Dr says it's fine! Helps them learn to early walk

My son is one they only make soft bottom shoes until a 5c
