I am filling out my paperwork on east edge for my breast pump and I have Medicaid and it's asking for a policy number where do I find that and group # and phone #??????

@jermerica, hi I used to work in a pharmacy and Medicaid doesnt have a group number it only has the recipient id and it is usually a 9 digit number followed by a letter atleast thats how it is in NC. I hope this helps

My card has a group number as well as policy number and I too have Medicaid..call the number on the back of ur card
