Do cramps that feel like period pains mean you're dilating? Or is it just kind of normal?

You don't feel yourself dilate but others say you can and it feels like pinching in your vag...

I get cramps all the time now 😩😩

@marinarose I thought the pinchy feeling was just her headbutting my cervix lol but now with cramps on top of it @rockysmommy yeesh I can't even sleep

Lol I get both. I also get checked on Monday to see if I'm dilated any so I'll definitely have to ask about it.

@brooklyn0516, I wake up due to Braxton hicks and I'm cramping with them 😩
