I have a question.. Do the first time mommies who will still be pregnant come Mothers Day expect their SO to celebrate them? I'm really not expecting anything from my boyfriend, I highly doubt I'll even be seeing him then. Just wanted to know your thoughts.

Hubby and i are celebrating it but on the 9th because our anatomy scan is that day and we want to celebrate the life we're bringing into this world

my mom always say if your pregnant on mothers day your a mommy to be so she says dont celebrate it till the baby comes then your a mother offically..lol this is my first mothers day coming up and my son will be 6 months by then :-) and congrats to you

The way I see it is I'm already a mom, I'm just holding my baby hostage in my stomach until he's all ready for the outside world. Lol

I see myself as a mommy already, but I don't expect to celebrate it. My birthday is May 15th anyways so I'll just make sure he spoils me extra. ;)

my husband brought it up to me just yesterday that he was taking me out for mothers day even though I won't have had our son yet! our son is due the day before father's day, but even if he's not here by then I'm still taking my husband out and celebrating his day
