15-20. The older they get, the less you'll see in one whole frame. I mean, that's just my opinion (: If you are going to a certain place, they could advise you on when THEY think is best.
My OB told me 28-32 also cuz by then they've started filling in a bit and past 32 weeks they're too big already to see well cuz they don't have as much room
