My prenatals make me sick too. I've changed them so many times.

try gummies or try taking them at night instead of in the morning

it's probably the iron in the prenatal. Most people do not have an iron deficiency so having an extra load of iron added into your diet sometimes can upset your stomach. same issue here👎

I mean you guys when I take them I feel like hell! when I don't I be perfectly fine! these not agreeing with me! I'm gone go get the gummys! hell now I believe I never had morning sickness that it was just these pills making me feel like that 😳

I take the one a day prenatal vitamins and they have 800 mg on folic acid which dr's wAnt...

lol, I have to keep myself from eating more than the recommended dosage because they're so good.

when I had that problem it helped when I switched to taking them before bed vs earlier in day

I have some gummy ones you can have @natalie86 when I first got pregnant my vitamins made me sick too but the further along I got I was fine but you're more than welcome to get those I have until your doctor changes yours
