I help my mom in her daycare, the kids are younger than kindergarteners though. Lots of kids will automatically know why you have a big belly as others won't. It won't be to bad, just explain to them when you can't do things.

I work in my Sunday school teaching the 2 and 3 year Olds and they all know I have a baby in my tummy. it's so funny they always have to tell me you got a big belly teacher or big baby in there! haha
