My back hurts to much all the damn time I'm too young for this 😩

For real though! 😩 I can't deal with it.

@lexirosex3, I have a dislocated disk in my lower spine. My last pregnancy once I got big the pain got worse and worse. I may need surgery for it

have u tryed moist heat hot packs? they work fantastic

@mrs.rcleveland, before pregnancy I used a electric heating pad but but now that I'm Prego I refuse to use it cause I move too much in my sleep and don't want the heating pad to end up on my stomach

@lexirosex3, it's hard girl I can't lift my daughter too much. I can't lift anything heavy period. But thank god my man handles all the heavy lifting

u should try the moist hot packs while u are relaxing ....not the electric ones. . i work for a physical therapist and we use then alot on back pin patients and i use it.on myself at work....it works way better for back pain because of the moisture-heat combo

and they will cool off after about ten minutes or so.... so it doesn't stay hot for a long period

@mrs.rcleveland, yea I know I use to use them when I use to go to physical therapy. Ima gonna have to go get some tomorrow
