I need to rant a minute!

My daughter is spoiled. And every day I am grateful for that. I really am sick and tired of people telling me how spoiled my daughter is like it's a bad thing. If she was a spoiled brat that would be one thing but first of all she is 7 months old she doesn't understand behavior enough to be a brat yet and second what is so wrong with that?

I have worked my ass off since I was 14! I got my first job and I started hiding money away. I have always had a job. When I was going to court about disability, I still worked from home so my family would still have what it needs. Two days after I found out my disability was denied I had a new job. I was really bummed about it but I didn't complain I put on my uniform and took my ass to work, plus I still work from home when I get back.

I have no free time. I just don't. I work 7 days a week. And I have no intention of stopping. My daughter has toys for days. She has boxes and boxes full of toys we haven't opened yet. I make special food and snacks for her every week. I hold her every chance I get. I still cuddle her to sleep. I do anything I can to put a smile on my daughter's face. And as she gets older I intend to keep doing the same thing. I will buy her everything I can, I will give her every minute of my time. I will do anything and everything for my daughter. As long as she appreciates what she has as she's growing I don't care if she gets every toy she ever asks for.

My childhood, in the nicest way, was shit. I refuse to let that be the memory my daughter has.

I will spend every penny, I will give her every second of my time.

Spoiling my daughter is a privilege I work my ass off for and I will not tolerate anyone trying to make me or my daughter sound bad because of it.
