Ok mommies last night I had to leave work due to back pain on my right side of my back thinking that it was the starting of a kidney infection but they told me that it was flank pain and hydronephrosis pain let me just say it shit hurts and I had to take off work today I just hope that I don't have to quit my job but I have to what is best for me and my lil one
