why when I lay on my back its hard to breathe 😔😔😔

You must be far along? I was told after about 4 1/2 months not to because it restricts air and puts pressure on your vena cava or something like that

Oh momma try to stay off of your back. Your uterus compresses against your IVC and will cause your blood pressure to drop. Same happens to me in the middle of the night and it freaks me out every time.
