Have you tried a new mattress for the Moses basket? Sometimes the mattresses aren't thick enough, but I didn't justify buying one when he's been in it 4 weeks. It is so frustrating int it. As if he sleeps everywhere but! Xx

I know exactly how you feel. The annoying thing for me is that he sleeps fine in his car seat, bouncer car and on his play mat just not in the Moses basket!! Thinking of getting the purflo nest that @cmcdon203 suggested just worried that I will spend all that money and it won't make a difference!! xx

@baby316, that's good to hear as I feel it sometimes! So hard when your sleep deprived isn't it but I'm determined to fight through any make sure he sleeps in his cot as I don't want him to be 7 and sleeping in our bed still, I do find it hard as I breastfeed and just want to fall asleep. He likes holding my hair I've noticed too or my top so keep introducing a 'snuggy' for him to hold I hope will help soon :) they do just want to be held don't they lol xx

I'm really struggling too @emorleyx don't worry you are not alone. My little girl was good in the Moses basket but my little boy just isn't and always wants to be cuddled! x

Oh wow @cmcdon203 !! My baby is so clingy. Trying a hot water bottle tonight before putting him in, then an extra thin blanket as don't think he likes the temperature change. Finding it so hard for him to settle on his own. If not might invest in the pillow thing! Xx

@baby316, it fits in my mamas and papas one but my Moses basket is much bigger than normal ones so depends on what kind u have xx

@cmcdon203, do you think the purflo nest would fit in a Moses basket? x

@emorleyx, I use a dummy but she isn't that bothered by it! I only really use it for when Iv changed her bum then shel sook for a bit then it gets spat out xx

@emorleyx, mines is 5 weeks tomo! She's great in it wasn't good until I bought the nest thing she was too small for the bed she just rolled about lol but she loves it now! Wakes up at 3 for a feed and that's it! I put her down awake After her bed time bottle and she just lies there watching her projector then falls asleep xx

Oh wow seen them before @cmcdon203. How do you get on with the side bed? Wasn't much luck in afraid he loves it because he could stick his arms out but then wouldn't settle himself. He is only 5 weeks old on Tuesday, but only settles with help from me or cuddles, I thought about trying a dummy now as I am exclusively breastfeeding and wanted to wait till he's established. What do you girls think? I have a Ewan the sheep too he loves it :) @cmcdon203 @baby316 xx

My little boys the same. Hates Moses basket but sleeps well on the bed!! Will be trying his cot soon too. Let me know how your little one gets on in his cot xx
