I suddenly have heart palpitations, these things always scare me. Anyone else deal with this?

I have them but they can't give me medications because of my pregnancy. I just take a cool bath so I don't get anxiety.

ya they arent fun. I get them frequently. especially being later in the pregnancy. All the extra blood we carry makes our hearts work harder. and so much pressure in different areas of our bodies.. @raegenice

I had them they told me it could be to much caffeine or stress and dehydration but every one is different

@mykelswifee2101, I hope I'm not stressing lol I haven't had reason to. But I'm going to ask my OB anyways

that's how I was to no reason to stress lol but that was one of the reasons they gave me lol @raegenice
