so i scheduled a 3d ultrasound and i was trying to invite my mom to tag a long and she disliked the fact she think its unsafe for me and told me its not a good idea 😒😒

exactly! i told her its just like me getting a regular 2d except its 3d and i get to see the babys facial feautures. and i know my mom is really old school lol 😂😂 @momwife1316

lmao. they've improved medical equipment since her day.. and ultrasounds are safe. otherwise there would be a limited amount we can have and theyd give us all kinds of warnings before getting them. ive had 3 w/ my first, & 4 with this one. baby is prefect :)

i know in the medical fields they improved alot then it was back in her days lol i got at least 3 done and my baby girl is completely healthy and fine :) she thinks "they just want money" i told her to just hush lol its safe

Haha my MIL tried to tell my DH that it was unsafe for me to get multiple ultrasounds. I'm like yeah okay, she's not a doctor so I don't care what she says. I had one at 8 weeks, 11 weeks, 2 at 12 weeks, 1 at 15 weeks and 1 at 20 weeks. 3 were elective, 3 were mandatory. I will get another elective one at 28 weeks 3D/4D.

back in the day they used to say that it was unsafe so a lot of baby boomers or moms born around the 60s still have that belief unfortunately even though times have changed ... people are the way they are .All you can do is discuss it with her and let her know and at that point if she still chooses to have her opinion about it then it's up to you to decide whether you want to bring her or not
