@lucieelledge, it depends on his income because once you are married his income becomes your income. Marriage is a change you have to report and they take everything into consideration.

I know we have to report it. @surprise4 I'm just scared because he does make decent money but he's a self employed tile layer so there isn't a paper trail of his checks. Lol

it'll depend on his income and also whether or not he has insurance. I know in TN when they send you your renewal packet, on the page where you list your dependents/children/whoever you take care of/etc it specifically says you don't have to list a partner who doesn't have insuracr.

Hey but I was covered under my parents then got married and I was just double insured which was great because we barely paid anything when we had patrick

It didn't change my Medicaid but it depends on how much you make combined. I am staying at home for now and for a while after he's born. But now we're dealing with insurance stuff from moving ughhh and I only have 25 days left. I'm worried we're going to have to pay for our hospital stay 😬
