ladies ive been having this pain on the lower right side of my abdominal all day. really hurts. but its not consistent. it comes and goes. when it does come its for like literally 5-6 seconds. should i be worried? ftm

I had that. My doctor said it was probably the ovary that released the egg. That's why it gets crampy. Could also be round ligament pain. Both normal.

Only time you need to really worry is if you start to bleed or are in intense pain. Otherwise it's just another one of those fun things that come with pregnancy!
