I am stuck on what to do, I've tried everything but Benedryl and I was trying to avoid that. My nose is EXTREMELY stuffed up. And it's because of allergies. I've tried saline drops, I've tried a Neti pot (didn't work because one nostril was always stuffed up and then that nasty saline would come out of my mouth), bought a humidifier and that didn't work, even just trying to blow my nose makes it worse. I'm out of options and I can't take it! I can't sleep, I can't sit down or lay down without my nose being blocked. Even when I'm up and walking around it's constantly running and/or stuffy. Normally I'd take Benedryl on top of my usual allergy medication but I can't take the usual with being pregnant. I want to breathe!!
