summertime always bring out the damn idiots!! I think somebody is locked out their car or attempting to steal the car. Problem is...our apartment has cameras and 2 police officers live here smh

@lexirosex3, its getting outta hand. then kids are gonna be out of school soon smh ive seen more teens than younger kids
