I really want to do a natural birth without an epidural, but I'm so scared! How did you mommies do…

It's really a mind over matter thing.... However I'm a wimp and they made epidural a for a reason 😂😂😂

honestly the contractions is what got me lol. they were driving me insane man lol. I had to get the epi lol.

I had 4 kids no epidural and it is very painful but your best bet is to be as relaxed as possible and breath try to sleep in between contractions but if you can't take pain very well then I will say get the epidural

It is mind over matter..Try to stay as active as you can to keep your mind off of the contractions and don't go into L&D right away. Once you get there and get hooked up to everything, it's harder to move around and keep your mind off of it. That's how I got thru it anyways, it was too late for an epidural by the time I got there and I didn't really have a choice haha

my first hurt sooo bad bc i had back labor but my second really didnt hurt but i still got the epidural and with my 3rs as well. but im thinking of goin natural this time bc my back hurt so bad after those epidurals.

Yes me too mine came really fast I would stay home till they got really bad then I would go to the hospital my first son getting to the hospital from from 1230 am to 356 am he was out, my second son, 1240 pm got to the hospital he was put by 126 pm, my 3rd son I was induced so I was there all day lol and my daughter I was there at 6 am she was out by 9 am lol @ash4267

I'd like to do a natural birth as well, but I'm not 100% against an epidural. I'm just not sure how much I can handle lol.

@jessicasharp, That's exactly how I am! I told my doctor I am not against one. Honestly, I can see myself getting one. Lol
